Our History

Even before we met, we each had an entrepreneurial spirit and exposure to real estate investing. Chuck owned a recycled boats parts business, and did his first real estate deal in 2004 with his sister as his partner. Sue ran a dog sitting business at the age of 12, and her dad was a part-time realtor who owned some rental properties of his own. By trade, Chuck was a Marine and a nurse and Sue was a manager for several non-profit organizations.

For our first real estate deal together, we cashed in everything we owned and bought our first house. We worked late every night and every weekend to complete our first “fix and flip” house. Looking back, there are many things we wish we would have done differently (like using other people’s money instead of our own) but we definitely have no regrets. 

Since that time, we’ve built our resources and refined our practices.  We can feel good about the common win for our sellers, buyers, investors, and us.  We are members of Central Florida Real Estate Investors Association (CFRI) and Sue is an active Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.
